Certain photographs, videos, profile materials, and other content appearing on the Service may be submitted directly by users.

To the extent that yourxlover.com acts solely as a provider of transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, or similar services with respect to user-generated content, without selecting or altering the content, yourxlover.com maintains that such activities fall outside the definition of “produces” under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B), to the extent provided by applicable law.

Nothing in this statement should be interpreted as claiming an exemption for content or activities for which the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A legally apply.

Age and Identity Requirements

All users permitted to upload or publish adult or sexually explicit material must be adults aged eighteen (18) years or older.

Users are prohibited from uploading, publishing, transmitting, or otherwise making available:

• any sexual or sexually explicit depiction involving a person under eighteen (18);
• any material depicting a person whose age or identity cannot be appropriately established where verification is required;
• content depicting another person without that person's authorization or consent;
• child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• content involving exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual sexual activity; or
• any other material prohibited by applicable law.

Where yourxlover.com is required by applicable law to obtain or maintain performer identification and age-verification records, such records will be collected and maintained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Content Produced by Third Parties

Where sexually explicit material is supplied by an independent producer or other third party and is subject to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A, yourxlover.com may require the applicable producer or supplier to provide the records, certifications, and identifying information required by applicable law.

Removal and Reporting

yourxlover.com reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any content that violates its policies or applicable law.

Suspected underage sexual content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, exploitation, or other unlawful content should be reported immediately to: [email protected].

Reports will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law and the Service's safety procedures.

Custodian of Records

For content for which yourxlover.com is legally required to maintain records pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A, the applicable custodian-of-records information and location of those records will be provided as required by 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
