What to include in a notice

• Your name and contact details, including an email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
• A description of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
• The exact website URLs of the material you are reporting, with enough detail to locate it.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
• A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right involved.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Review and other removal requests

Notices are submitted to the website operator for review and any removal or disabling of access required by applicable law. Include a working reply address so the operator can request clarification. We review sufficiently detailed complaints and act on substantiated infringement, including removing or disabling access to material as appropriate. Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions.

You may use the same contact for concerns about consent, privacy, or unlawful content. Explain the concern and include the affected URLs; you do not have to claim copyright ownership to report these concerns. Do not email identity documents or explicit images.

Disputing a removal

If you believe your content was removed in error, contact the same address with the affected URLs and your explanation. Where a formal DMCA counter-notice applies, consult the U.S. Copyright Office guidance linked below for the required statements and procedure.
